Yay! Looks great! I tried to cut all of mine off the other day but no dice. I wear it down one day and up the next so I only have to wash my hair every-other-day. Once I cut it short I’m back to a every-day routine and I’m too sleepy for that right now. Maybe after summer! Hope you are healing well!
Thanks! This was the longest in my adult life that I’ve had long hair. Definitely time for a change! But I’ll still probably wash it only every other day. My hair is just happier that way
Healing slowly but surely. Abdominal surgery seriously blows. It will be nice when I can go up and down stairs again. And start rehabbing my abs — my back hurts like hell!
Believe it or not, I have never once dyed my hair, it is what they call “virgin” hair still — a rarity! I cut my hair pixie-short in college and ever since I go in roughly 2-year cycles of growing it out and cutting it off. This time it had been 4 1/2 years since I last cut it short. High time!
I cut my hair into a bob when pregnant with my second child. I hated it and felt miserable so I’ve never cut it shorter than shoulder length again! My hair is dark ash blonde aka dishwater colour so I’m forever doing something to it
Cute! It looks adorable on you! And how handy to have a stylist make a house call. With little kids, that’s priceless!
As you know I recently went short again. But I’ve had short hair on and off for decades. I like it either way. I have a feeling I’ll grow it out again before it turns gray.
I’m the same way. I went pixie short when I was 19 and ever since I go in about 2-year cycles of growing it and cutting. This time it was 4 1/2 years though. I was so ready to cut it off! Yours is adorable, too. Sometimes I wish my hair was nice and straight. Curls can be challenging sometimes

Yay for you, making a big change is scary but also liberating. I can’t bear to cut my hair (was short as a child) so I just dye it instead.
